Carl Kupfer is Owner and President of IG Consulting, Inc., a Civil
Engineering firm providing services to real estate investors, builders,
developers, municipalities, institutions and associations. Carl
specializes in site development design including pavement management
systems; highway design; storm water, waste water and water
distribution analyses; contract administration; project management and
site inspection.
Carl is a Registered Professional Engineer and is licensed
in Illinois, Indiana
and Wisconsin.
He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He
earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Fire Protection Engineering
from the Illinois Institute of Technology and his Master of Science
degree in Business Administration from
Loyola University.
